  • 1 cup sliced apples

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, roasted butternut squash, sliced apples, pomegranate seeds, and toasted walnuts.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
